The Quesada Vega Magna cigar is a luxurious and meticulously crafted cigar that stands out for its rich and complex flavour. Its blend is based on well-aged Dominican tobaccos, which give it a unique character full of distinctive notes.
Upon lighting, the cigar opens with an intense earthiness accompanied by notes of dark chocolate, cocoa and coffee. A subtle sweetness of molasses or dark honey emerges on the palate, complementing the initial impressions.
Two-thirds of the way through, the cigar develops into more complex layers of flavour. Nutty notes (hazelnuts, almonds), spices (cinnamon and nutmeg) and a hint of dried fruit, such as plums or raisins, emerge.
The finish is intense, dominated by deeper flavours such as dark chocolate, coffee and notes of toasted bread. A subtle spiciness gives way to peppery accents. The sweet nuances almost disappear, but leave a delicate aftertaste of molasses.
