Davidoff Special R is blended from three unique tobaccos, a hand-selected binder from the Piloto tobacco family, and an Ecuadorian wrapper, which gives the cigars a beautiful, smooth, creamy flavor with notes of spices and nuts.
The Special R has a pleasantly comfortable Robusto size that fits perfectly in the hand; thanks to its thickness, it easily holds a beautiful, solid 4 cm ash.

Since 2016, Davidoff Special R has also been known as Davidoff Aniversario Special R, and is therefore part of the excellent Aniversario series.
In 2016, this series received new, more attractive packaging for both its paper boxes and wooden cases.
