In the heart of Nicaragua’s tobacco valleys lives a sloth who is never in a hurry.
They call him El Perezoso – the one who knows full well that good things simply take time.
He spends his days in the treetops, watching the world around him with a calm expression on his face. In one paw he holds a cigar, in the other a branch – a symbol of the balance between contentment and time-honoured tradition. When a gentle breeze blows through the tobacco drying room, El Perezoso simply smiles, takes a puff and exhales another wisp of smoke.
